Aman Asija is Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Nova School of Business of Economics. He received his Ph.D. from Esade. His research examines barriers to knowledge exploration and exploitation, as well as how organizations overcome them. His research has been published in leading journals such as Organization Science, Journal of Management Studies, Research Policy, British Journal of Management, and Business Research Quarterly.
