She is a radio presenter at Renascença and a consultant in the area of communication. In her almost 30 years of experience in radio, she has been in charge of leading programs in Portugal. She is also a consultant in the area of communication, working with national and international companies, where she implements training programs in this area. She founded the company Carla Rocha Comunicação, the Academia Fale Menos, Comunique Mais and the Academia Fale Menos, Influencie Mais. She was a curator and speaker at TEDxULisboa and coordinator of the AthletesSpeakers program, developed by the Portuguese Olympic Committee. She has a degree in Communication Sciences from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, a post-graduate degree in Marketing, Communication and Multimedia Management from Instituto Superior de Economia and a post-graduate degree in Applied Management for SME Managers from Nova School of Business and Economics. She has participated in several conventions and intensive training courses in Public Speaking from the National Speakers Association in the United States. He completed the Leadership Principles (2021), Management Essentials(2021) and Negotiation Mastery (2022) courses at Harvard Business School Online, obtaining the Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management. He completed the course Leadership in the Future of Work at Nova School of Business and Economics. She teaches a post-graduation course in Organizational Happiness and Well-Being Management (Egas Moniz) and the MBA Organisational Happiness (Instituto Superior de Educação e Ciências). She is the author of two books: "Fale Menos Comunique Mais - 10 strategies to become a great communicator" and "Fale Menos InfluencieMais- 5 strategies to be heard and communicate with influence" (Manuscrito Editora).
